Introducing Foundations for Home

We're pleased to share that the Heading Home Minnesota Funders Collaborative is now Foundations for Home. 

This new name reflects how our work has evolved to meet Minnesota’s housing challenges. While our commitment to collaboration remains strong, we’ve refined our mission to better capture what we do: 

Foundations for Home mobilizes philanthropy to strengthen Minnesota’s housing and homelessness ecosystem.

Why the change?

Our previous name (with honor!) referenced the Heading Home partnership, which often caused confusion. Foundations for Home (FFH) speaks to the heart of our work, which is building the relationships, tools, policy, and infrastructure that make home possible for every Minnesotan.

Thank you for your continued partnership. Together, we’re working towards creating a Minnesota where everyone has a safe, stable home they can afford.
